Unfortunately, once your order has been placed it won’t be possible to modify it.
Providing the order is not yet showing the "in process" status it can be cancelled so a new one can be placed.

Remember that we are available from 9:00 to 18:00 hours from Monday to Friday except for public holidays. It is therefore important to bear in mind that if the order has already been processed when your request is processed, even if it was not processed when you requested it, it will not be possible to cancel it. That is why we recommend that you put in the subject of the message "Cancellation of order xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx-xxx" as we will give us the indication of priority to carry out your request.
