We are currently in the process of expanding and adding new destinations to the countries we deliver to. It is possible for any user to place an order from different countries but please bear in mind that there is a different url for each country, for example, it will not be possible to place an order from the Spanish url if the order is to be delivered in Italy. It will not be possible to add an English delivery address through the Spanish url as it will not be identified by the system.

Standard delivery is 48-72 hours, however this may vary.
It is very important that you pay attention to the estimated date of receipt of each product at the time of purchase as it may vary from 48 to 72 hours approximately as we have direct (products available in main warehouse) and indirect stock (products available in secondary warehouse). So if you buy products with different dates of receipt, it is possible you will receive them in different shipments.
Products are grouped according to their delivery date to form shipments within the same order. To be be sent separately if the sum of the products in each shipment amounts to the minimum quantity to qualify for free shipping (see conditions: shipping costs). Otherwise, all products will be sent together in a single shipment according to the delivery time of the last shipment. If you have selected cash on delivery as your payment method, you will still receive your order according to the longer delivery time.
Once you have placed the order you’ll receive an email with all the details. When your order has been processed and sent, you’ll receive a second email with a tracking number that will allow you to locate your parcel at any time.
When a shipment leaves our facilities, we will notify you by email. If your order contains two shipments, you’ll receive separate emails notifying you about each one respectively.
Finally, it is important that upon delivery of the order, you check that the package is in perfect condition before signing for its delivery (see conditions for damaged packaging and broken items).
