Once you log in to NutriTienda with your username and password, you’ll have access to all your details and activity, which you’ll be able to check, modify and personalise any time you like.
If you would like to use the 1 click purchase option, all you have to do is fill in your card details and they will be saved so that you won’t have to fill them in each time you make a purchase.
You can also save your card in step 2 of the purchase process when placing an order. In the event that you change your mind, you can delete or modify the card at any time.
Quick and easy!
You can create up to three addresses in your profile for where you want to receive your orders depending on where you are at any given moment.
Bear in mind that you’ll always have a default shipping address that will be used automatically when carrying out an order. If you would like to receive an order at any of the other addresses you’ll have to modify it in step 2 of the purchase process.
Under no circumstances should you confirm an order with an incorrect address, as once the order has been processed by our logistics department, it will not be possible to make any changes to it. In this section you can check all your orders and their status, and the dates you placed them, which products you purchased and the payment methods used.

You can also create a new ticket through which you’ll be able to make any kind of enquiry.

Here you can check the amount of credit you have on your Nutritienda Card and the movements made, purchases and amount redeemed.

If you made any mistakes while completing your registration, you can modify your information in this section.
It is very important that once you have made a change, go to the bottom of the screen and click on "save changes" otherwise the changes will not be updated.

Shortly after receiving your order, we’ll send an email asking you to rate the products you have purchased. In this section you can find both your recently rated products and previous products awaiting evaluation.
Your feedback can help other clients. It’s incredibly useful!
In order to download the invoices for your orders you will need to add a billing address in this section. Once you’ve done this, and received your order, you’ll be able to download your invoices online.
If you need invoices for orders placed prior to the time you filled out your billing address, please contact our Customer Service department so that we can activate them. We’ll be happy to help!
In this section you can edit the notifications you wish to receive, whether its special offers, discounts, news, etc.
