There are two ways to track your order:
Under ‘My Account’ in the ‘My Orders’ section, you can view the status of your order. The different statuses are as follows:
As your order progresses and passes through each stage, the icon on the left will change colour from grey to black. In the example provided, the order has been delivered, so all the icons are shown in black.
You can also track your order via the courier company by selecting the option ‘View tracking’. This link will also be available in the email you received from us confirming that your order has been dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE
: Please bear in mind that if the order has been placed, it is because all products are in stock. The second stage, ‘awaiting stock’, does not mean that we do not have the product, but rather that we are sending it from a secondary warehouse to the main warehouse for dispatch.
