From time to time, you can enjoy additional discounts by manually entering an active coupon/code in your shopping basket or during the checkout process.

These coupons apply a discount in pounds based on a minimum purchase amount specified in the promotion.

REMEMBER! The discount will be applied provided that you have entered the code correctly and your order reaches the minimum amount stated in the promotion.

Due to legal regulations or commercial conditions, some brands and products are excluded from these coupons:

• Excluded categories: infant formula.
• Excluded brands (please check the conditions of each promotion)

Have you found a lower price on another website?

At Nutritienda, we offer a Best Price Guarantee Policy based on our commitment to ensuring we are not beaten on price. We continuously work to be more competitive than other online shops; however, despite our efforts, you may occasionally find a lower price elsewhere.

To request a price match, you must go to the relevant product page on our website and complete the dropdown form provided by clicking on "Found it cheaper?".

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and we will contact you with a response.

If the conditions are met and the price match applies to a current purchase, we will apply the Best Price Guarantee.

If you have already placed your order, we will still match the price provided that you request it within a maximum period of 7 calendar days after purchase, and that at the time of your purchase the competitor offered a lower price than ours. The difference will be refunded to your Nutritienda Card so that you can use it on future purchases, applying a discount of up to 10% on the total amount (see Nutritienda Card conditions).

The request must meet the following conditions:

• We match prices from online shops in Spain, Portugal and France only; physical shops are excluded.
• The competitor’s product must be exactly the same as the one offered on our website.
• The competitor’s product must be in stock at the time the price match is requested.
• The competitor’s price must be lower even after including delivery costs.
• The competitor’s price must not include volume or loyalty discounts.
• Value packs or products classified as outlet or clearance are not eligible.
• We match prices from over 100 websites (the main ones in the market) that we review daily; auction platforms or marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon are excluded.
• The Best Price Guarantee applies only when the geographical areas are the same; price matching across different regions is not permitted.
• Nutritienda reserves the right to reject any price match request where competitor information appears incorrect or stock levels may not reflect reality. Nutritienda also reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time.
• Likewise, Nutritienda reserves the right to reject requests from competitor websites with prices below real market cost or that may negatively affect fair competition.
• The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to offers made by competitors to freelancers, retailers or any other professional groups.
• The Best Price Guarantee is considered a promotion and is therefore not compatible with other promotions active on our website at that time.

At Nutritienda, we are known for offering our customers a wide range of promotions. These may include discounts, free gifts, volume offers or combinations of these.

Promotions always have a start and end date and are subject to stock availability. For example, if you are purchasing a product with a free gift promotion and the gift is not added to your basket despite meeting the conditions, it is because it is out of stock. Please note that there may be a delay between the product going out of stock and the promotion being updated on the website.

Please also note that promotions cannot be combined, so it is not possible to apply a promotion to a product that is already discounted.

It is very important that, before taking advantage of a promotion, you check its terms and conditions to confirm whether you are eligible. If you have any questions, our Customer Service team will be happy to assist you.

We also recommend enabling the notifications you wish to receive from us in the “Communications” section of your account so you do not miss any of our promotions.

We would also like to celebrate with you, so on your birthday you will receive an email including our congratulations along with a very special discount.

The birthday discount is 10% and is valid for 14 days from your birthday. This discount is applied directly in the shopping basket to products that are not already on promotion, provided your purchase is equal to or greater than £30.

The only condition is that at least three months must have passed since your first order was delivered.
